Bozkovské jeskyně
The only accessible caves in North of Czech republic, the Boskovice Dolomite Caves, attract visitors by the largest underground lake in Bohemia. National natural monument with typical decorations in the form of stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnites in various shapes and colors. Jizerka
Jizerka settlement is part of Kořenov village. You can get to Kořenov by a well-known cog railway, which runs on the Tanvald – Desná – Kořenov – Harrachov line and brings a unique experience.

Hrubá Skála
Hrubá Skála attracts lovers of rock formations and climbers. Whether you go to Hruboskalska or Borecke skaly, you will experience the amazing atmosphere of this place. You can see the Bukovina Arboretum, St. Prokop’s Statue and the statue of St. Jan Nepomuk, and also, you should not miss a trip to Hrubá Skála Castle itself. The view from any rock formation or castle space is breathtaking.
Szklarska Poręba and Szrenica
This Polish recreational and sports center is also known under the Czech name Sklářská Poruba. A place just a few miles from the Czech border was originally known to the glass industry. The tourist center is popular in every season, not only for tourism but also for enticing skiing opportunities and conditions in winter. The center is located above the Szrenica Mountain, where you can get by a chairlift. Kamieńczyk waterfall and gorge is worth a visit as well as many other natural beauties in the area.
Dvur Kralove nad Labem
The town of Dvur Kralove nad Labem is known for its unique safari. The zoo specializes in African animals and stands out for efforts to return animals to the wild. From hiking buses or your own car, you can see animals close up in a natural setting, an experience not only for children but also for adults. At the Zoo, you can also see pictures of the famous illustrator of prehistoric times, Zdeněk Burian.

Glassworks, brewery and spa
The glassworks of Novosad and son is the second oldest glassworks in Bohemia. There is Glass Museum where you can enjoy the beauty of the magnificent historical and technological collections of historical glass. The next exposition is in the Ski Museum, it shows you the world of skiing. You can also see old times skis and equipment and their development in history.
In the same area you can enjoy a unique beer bath and then go for a fine meal at the restaurant adjoining the main hall of the glassworks. There you have the extraordinary opportunity to watch glass handmaking.
Mumlava waterfall
If you visit Harrachov, you should not miss the opportunity to see Mumlava waterfall. A small walk will take you to the places where Mumlava forms a roughly 10 m high waterfall from the stepped granite blocks. Underneath the waterfall unique erosion phenomena – the Giant pots – can bee seen. There are several pots in the granite rock that are meters deep, called Certova Oka (Devil’s Eyes). In winter is this natural beauty completely covered by ice.
Ski jumps
Ski-jumps are very important part of Harrachov . It is one of the few centers in Europe, where world cups held. It offers different levels of bridges, the oldest since 1920.
Museums
Harrachov also offers, in addition to the Museum of Glass and Ski Museum, other opportunities for you to look for, for example the Mining Museum. After donning a helmet at the entrance to the tunnel, you will see a complete mining elevator mine trolleys, battery- electric locomotive mining loader, etc. Guided tour lasts about one hour and visitors will learn a lot of things concerning work in the former ore mines.
The Forestry and Hunting Exhibition of the KRNAP Shindelka Administration mediates the process of wood extraction and its processing. There are also expositions with hunting activities and a
“over-wintering chamber”, with several forest animals gathered around a feeding rack with various types of feed.
