Conditions and information:

  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed!!!
  • Prices are for the entire house / Chalet and include VAT
  • In Dates: 20.12 - 5.1. and 1.7. - 31.8. is a minimum of 6 nights!
  • Prices are valid for accommodation of up to 10 people.
  • Any other person over 10 people:
    • Winter: 600, -CZK Person / Day
    • Summer: 500, -CZK Person / Day
  • The entire stay is payable within 24 hours of booking (Confirmation of payment)
  • Deposit on the house is payable on the day of arrival: 50.000, -CZK / 2000, -EUR
  • Prices include electricity and water consumption
  • Prices include only standard electricity, water and gas consumption
  • All extra-standard energy, water and gas consumption are charged individually according to the actual consumption and prices, which are determined by the owner of the building. (Please check the prices and the conditions before your stay!)
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 190 days before arrival - 50% Of the total payment
  • Less than 190 days before arrival - 100 % Of the total payment
  • We recommend Travel Insurance !!! If you cancel your stay.
  • Prices are contractual, list prices are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on current supply and demand.

Not included in the price:

  • Cleaning: 3.500,- CZK / Stay
  • Additional charge for 1 night accommodation: 5.000 - 8.000,- CZK / Night according to the season
  • Additional charge for accommodation for 2 nights: 3.000 - 6.000,- CZK / Night according to the season
  • Breakfast: 300,- CZK - 400,-CZK person/day
  • Minimum of 10 breakfasts for 4 days or more
  • Minimum price for breakfast: CZK 3,500/Day (Holidays CZK 4,500/Day)
  • Price for breakfast for less than 10 people is set Individually
  • Breakfast must be ordered at least 48 hours before arrival
